Our one-to-one service is valued extremely highly at Uber Kuchen. Our team ensure that you the client are fully involved in the design process and will always accommodate your design wherever possible. The start to finish process can be summed up as follows:

The Brief

We talk our client through their dream kitchen, compiling a list of wants and needs before desinging.

Design Ideas

We present our client with a full colour design, showing you a 3D representaiton of what your kitchen could look like. Our in-house Interior Designer is also available to assist with any colour schemes or inspiration in desinging your new kitchen.

Site Survey

An expert will visit your home to take detailed and accurate measurements of the site before any orders are placed.

The Design

Factoring through our clients brief and ideas, we produce a design which is sent for final approval to our team in Germany.

Project Management

We provide working drawings for builders and are happy to provide on-site visits to assist with any structural work that may be taking place to accommodate your new kitchen. We also liaise closely with electricians and plumbers to provide relevant drawings.

Installation

We check the site prior to installation as well as undertaking regular site visits whilst the kitchen is being fitted. Our installation manager will ensure your kitchen is fitted to the highest standard and rectify any problems that may arise on site.

Once introduced to a designer, we will work to ensure that they are your main source of contact and that any questions you have are dealt with by them.
